When I encountered the story of Guan Yu's war from the prosperous era to the declining era, I read it with determination.
It started when Guan Yu rose to power in 762 CE. Cao Cao lost to Liu Bei at the Battle of Hanzhong. At that time, Guan Yu was stationed at Lamkun in Jingzhou, leading an army of 30,000 men to attack Yuanxia, a city under Cao Cao's control.
At that time, it was raining heavily, and the water level in the Han River was high. Guan Yu used water to subdue his enemies and killed General Pang De. Guan Yu surrounded Yuanxia, and Cao Cao's situation deteriorated.
News of Guan Yu's bravery spread and the brave heroes Liang Gai and Lu Hui brought their troops to support him. Not to mention... Cao Cao's soldiers were quite a few who gave up and fled to pledge allegiance.
In just one night, Guan Yu's power shook the entire land.

At this moment, Guan Yu had only about ten soldiers left to follow him. Sun Quan sent soldiers to kill Guan Yu.
